No one knows yet and thats exactly why I dont think theyre incriminating anyone. Theres a basic set rules that need to be obliged. If you were to cross the border carrying a bag of flower it would only be natural for border patrol to investigate what kind of substance it is.

I guess but i believe since they failed to catch the "Supposed" margarito wrap my ****** state's athletic commission is basically trying to not get caught with thier pants down i guess. who knows, but you have a valid point and seriously, if boxing were an honest business then there be current champs. every coach, promoter and fighter has thier tricks of the trade when it comes to fighting. some are illegal, while others are borderline (like not knowing that the shot your Physician gave you contained Steroids). it like methanphetamine : everybody does it but no one admits to it.
