You haven't proved the Ring rankings yet, I don't believe you.

Anyway, it can work both ways, son.

I have a Boxing Monthly Mag here from June 07, Castillo is rated a #4 in the Light-Welterweight Division, Vivian Harris and Junior Witter above him.

Now if they rate Vivian Harris and Junior Witter above him, and they are not on the P4P list at all, I find it very hard to believe Castillo is Top 10 P4P.

So the 2006 P4P rankings include Castillo's Jan 07 Ngoudjo fight?

Think very hard about your answer for that last question.

I need the rankings for Castillo BEFORE the Hatton fight, not the rankings BEFORE the Ngoudjo fight.

You do realise Hatton fought him in June 2007 right?

At least as far as Ring were concerned, Castillo was ranked in the top 10 P4P fighters. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

            Dude...

Anyone could see that Jose Luis Castillo was shot to hell by the time hatton faced him.

The Jose Luis Castillo that faced Mayweather the first time would have killed the Hugman.

Green K to you GreatJoe, good job defending your points

I still think Castillo was a good fight for Hatton at the time..

No where near the fighter he was when he went up against Floyd
but still a good fighter and a good win

Castillo was shot by the time he fought Hatton. Good win for Hatton, nothing you can do but beat those in front of you and go for the bigger fights. Which is what he did.

Castillo may have been shot, past his prime, damaged goods etc etc but he was ranked in the top 10 by Ring Mag at the time of the Hatton fight, one place below if my memory serves me right.

So Ricky is serious and said nothing wrong. End thread.

Oh yea, I'm not attacking the fact that it was a good win, because it was, It was a good fight for Hatton at the time.

I haven't seen any source to tell me "The Ring" rated Castillo in their top 10 P4P.

I have seen sources where Castillo wasn't in their top 10 P4P before Hatton though, a few of them.

Personally, I would pick 4-5 sources over "The Ring".

And don't put "End Thread" in your posts again, It's my thread and I will end it when I want to, and if I want to stop you posting in it I can.

Castillo wasn't near one of the 10 best fighters in the world in June 07.

Anyone who isn't ******ed can see that.

Right guys, It seems some of you have been talking **** in here.

                      I'm not happy with that.

This is the best thing I could find regarding "The Rings" P4P rankings at the time Hatton fought Castillo (e.g. After Castillo beat Ngdojogo? and before he fought hatton.
