BUT you have to understand, Manny Pacquiao is INTELLIGENT. Beleive it or not, Pacquiao is smart enough to knows that he has no chance, absolutely no chance in becoming a president.

Manny knows that running for the highest office is like him fighting prime Mike Tyson.
