What size do they wear in pro fights and is it the same for every weight divison?

I've heard a fighter gets to choose? Is that true and if so what's the choices?

It depends on the commission and weight classes. Also some fighters have contracts to wear certain types of gloves.

Fighters do have the choice to make certain demands and they are stated in their contracts during negotiation but both fighters/promoters and sides have to agree if there are any demands or changes, also fighters have to go thru the state commision and request changes and or negotiations and they have to be approved first. So there is choice.
