JMM can still kick ass where he belongs at 135-140.

His chances with Pacquiao are out the window unless Pac decides to take a third fight and dispose of him once and for all. But WHEN HE LOSSES to Mayweather his chances with Pac are gone, I would recommend fighting Valero after he losses to Mayweather.

              Yeah no shame for JMM.

He is taking on a heavy challenge and it would improve his appeal for other fights.

He needs to make up for the lack of money he made for most of his career so he'd have a big money fight or two right after.

If he got blown out in less than 5 I would say he would be screwed but if he made it through 6, he'd be fine for plenty of fights.

                  I would retire..
                  Hes been in MANY wars..
We havent seen that many because he was a late bloomer. But he does get hit often..
Look at his face at the end of fights..
He should sit on that retirement money..

Win or lose, Marquez wins. His name will get much bigger during the hype and countdown to fight Floyd. HBO will make Marquez a household name because he is with no other than, Golden Boy Promotions. He is the new face of Mexican boxing, be sure to see HBO/Golden Boy, milk out Marquez for whatever he has left. A loss over Mayweather will only be the beginning of Marquez' last few big pay days, HBO knows how important Mexican fans are to boxing.
