P4P PAC over Ali and Roy Chicken Jones Jr.

If PAC beats Floyd, and Floyd is about the closest thing to Ali speed and sense of timing wise. In my opinion Floyd is actually much better technically than Ali, you'd have to be crazy not to see that!
If PAC does his business on Floyd, you'd really have to bump PAC up on that ATG list, way up!Comment

Better technically than Ali...YES, Floyd is better than Ali actually. Ali used his athletic gifts like Roy Jones did pre-exile but after exile, he learned to adapt and found out that he could take incredible amounts of punishments.
Oh, and remember, unlike Pac, Ali when his physical gifts declined and was past his best after the exile, still went on to beat HOF fighters. We don't know if Pac could do that. And Ali never lost to a past prime fighter at his best like Pac did with Morales.
It's one thing I am interested in Floyd right now with. He ripped on Ali with his losses, but Ali's losses also came after his exile and when he was declined compared. Floyd is declined and is coming off a long layoff (but not as long as Ali although Floyd is older compared)...but still, let's see if he can adapt to this test.Last edited by Benny Leonard; 05-17-2009, 02:01 PM.Comment

Floyd's not Ali either. Hell, a 130-140 pound Floyd was faster and agile compared to 147 version...let alone what he comes back as now. And he threw more punches back then.

Are you aware that Erika's only losses(2) came in the hands of a top 5 P4Per prior to beating PAC, in between his two losses to MAB, Erika's wins either came via Unanimous decisions or ko's. That kind of a f**king record is not a picture of a has been fighter!
His last lost to MAB was via a majority decision, in fact all those fights w/ MAB were full of controversies re the decisions. And for your edification, PAC had not entered his prime against EM the first time they threw down!
Everytime PAC's name is involved y'all throw in how he lost to someone who was past their best, as if PAC could no way beat a "prime" Erika(lmao). If anything, it would be Erika that would have to prove something to a prime PAC!
I guess Erika can thank that big nasty gash on PAC's eye for the victory. 'Cause a two-eyed PAC, forget about it.Comment

It also helps to be in the heavyweight division. When a heavyweight succeeds, his status is magnified Xs 100. Eventhough there are tons of fighter P4P that are that much better, not neccesarily talkin' about Ali, but we all know that when the superstar is a heavyweight people go crazy over it.
Me personally, I've never really given the HW division any more attention than the other weight classes. P4P the heavyweights are no different. But obviously, the fans don't see it that way. The greatness of heavyweights to me are often blown up.Comment
