of course pacs better, no one disputes that, but how is taking a fight nobody expects you to win cowardly? It isnt,plus from a business standpoint its the smartest choice jr could make, not even the best jr middleweight would get chavez a fraction of what a fight with pac would, so props to arum for being a great promotor and jcc jr for using his common sense, after how pac beat delahoya who was jcc jr size i dont see how thats cowardly .

If your the son of a legend and theyre floating the richest matchup of your career or most fighters career why would chavez not seek that? If i were 6ft plus a middleweight and the son of a legend it would be a big risk to take a chance like that ,especially to risk a devastating loss to a 5ft6 chinese restraunt line cook with a good punch, if chavez lost which he most likley would he would never live that down with his freinds , you lost to a blown up featherweight? A great one but still your 6ft? Its a risk i would take if i were chavez. At least for the money. P.s. No offense to chinese restrant line cooks, just hackn on ya billah!
