Dawson fights too timid to beat a cagey vet like Hopkins. Hopkins would just chew him up and spit him back out.

Cagey is another word for dirty. Hopkins is a dirty, grappling fighter. I don't like him. And, like Hatton, he does nothing but make excuses or goes into denial mode after a loss.

Gary Shaw said that neither Golden Boy or Hopkins contacted him about a possible fight. I don't think it's going to happen.

Dawson is too athletic for an old Hopkins. Jones athleticism beat Hopkins, Taylors athleticism beat Hopkins, so would Dawsons.

Taylor never really beat Hopkins imo. They were political decisions.

Just like Hatton never really beat Collazo, they had him win because it was better for money making purposes.

B-Hop is my dude and I like Chad a bit and I dont wanna see B-Hop ruin the dude......some cats dont see it.......the hand speed thing got cats gassed up......you me and quite a few others KNOWS Chad is a deadman walkin' when you put him in there with CERTAIN fighters.......Hopkins is one of those certan fighters!!

Either way the athleticism and youth is the only reason Hopkins had any problems with Taylor. Hopkins is older now and Chad is more athletic than Taylor was then.
