The only welterweight that gave Tito trouble was Oscar the rest he faced them in Midleweight and super midleweight and all were bigger mans.... you know Tito is 5'11, right? You know Mayweather is 5'8 maybe 5'7, right? There is no way a guy that small, good boxer or not can stand toe to toe with a prime Tito in the welterweight division. Mayweather would be lucky to last 5 rounds with a prime Tito at 147.
