Why do Asian fighters have such great hand speed?

Just taking two fighters from the Wild Card gym Manny Pacquiao from the Philippines, and Amir Khan who's parents are from Pakistan. Both fighters have crazy fast hand speed and both fighters blood line comes from S.E Asia.

Khan doesn't have great hand speed. He might have good hand speed, but not GREAT. GREAT hand speed is Zab Judah (handspeed, not him) Pacquiao, Ali (for a heavyweight, **** he was probably faster than Khan)

That's like people asking how come Bruce Lee was so damn fast. Well, how about he weighed a buck 20? Logistics would show the bigger you are, the slower you generally move. Afew can defy this law
