    Where next for Evander Holyfield?

Has anybody heard anything about what Evander Holyfield is planning to do next? Holyfield has just released a loads of "5 times Champion" merchandise on his new web-site.

To be honest, I was concerned about his health and so on when he entered the ring with Valuev last December - but he was very, very unlucky and did manage to prove a lot of people wrong. Of course, losing a majority decision to Valuev doesn't mean you're set for the world title: but showed he can still compete.

Where next for him though? I've read plenty of rumours. There were stories of another bout with Tyson or Bowe. A statement from Holyfield himself on his official forum alleges that he is in discussions with Vitali Klitschko for the WBC Heavyweight belt which I find unbelievable. Another journalist has told me to expect to see him fighting in Africa in September for a minor, minor version of the title.

    Anyone heard anything?

He needs money, so he's planning to fight again this year.

There will be no Tyson fight, but maybe Holyfield vs. Bowe, Mercer or McCall.

Surely he won't get another title shot.

He should have one last hurrah against an easy opponent and then call it a day.

Actually, on second thoughts he should fight Audley Harrison

For me, he should fight someone like Francs Botha for the WBF title or somebody for the vacant WBU title. If he were to hopefully win, he could then get a belt to his name, arguably justify his "5 time" chat and perhaps then retire. If he were to lose, then he could never be considered a contender for a major belt and should retire anyway.

He should sell that ****** house he has got that would clear most of his money troubles.

The Valuev fight was a smoke screen. Holyfield did not do that well, its just Valuev was that bad.

Holyfield fights Vitali he will get knocked out.
