That said, I agree with the earlier point, pretty sure everybody I have ever met has has live iin a place with the toilet a few feet away from the shower.

Infact that could be the fool-proof way of determining wealth: the larger the distance from your crapper to your shower determines how much money you have.

Most bathrooms in the UK contain a bath/shower and a toilet.
