Who has the Best Resume for Undefeated Fighters?

List all the undefeated fighters and their accomplishments.

Marciano, Calzaghe, Ottke, Mayweather Jr, etc.

I'm just wondering if the "O" makes that big of a deal given many fighters have lost to great competition; and of course when they lost they might not have been at their best; like Ali losing to Frazier after a 3 year layoff and never being the same fighter he was pre-exile. I'm not so sure Ali loses to Frazier at his best/pre-exile.

And yes, I bring this up because of Floyd

I like Floyd but I'm just wondering how many people years from now are going to use the "O" enough said bit like they do some others.

For me, Floyd needs to do a lot more like beat JMM, Pac, Cotto/Shane, etc...

And even then, he isn't the best but it will boost his legacy up a lot.

But does he have a chance to be the best undefeated fighter out of the list or is he already?

I think the answer is Floyd or maybe Marciano(haven't evaluated his career myself).

Out of that list, not to be biased, but i'd say Floyd. Floyd beat 2 undefeated prime fighters(Corrales, Hatton) he was the underdog in one of those. He won a close fight against the then #1 LW(JLC) and then beat him in the rematch more decisively. He went and fought DLH on his own terms and weight, against all odds and beat him up in a weight that he has never been before. To add to that, he's not done yet, I'd say he fights 3 more times and Mosley is possible.

Calzaghe wasn't known for taking risks(he was the favorite against Kessler/Hopkins/Jones) and didn't take that rematch against Hopkins(which I don't knock him for it). His 20 defenses is the best feat of his career. Props for beating a prime Kessler.

I don't know much about Ottke, honestly, so i have no comment on that one.

probably Floyd is #1, assuming his record stays undefeated.
Then I would say Ricardo Lopez.
Then...Calzaghe or Marciano. hard to choose between which one is more accomplished.
and then Ottke...and then Harry Simon or something, ha...
