How many PPV buys would Mayweather vs Cotto sold??

Shortly after Floyd KO'd Hatton, if he didn't retire and fought Cotto.

How many PPV buys do you think it would have sold?

if i remember correctly, there was demand for it, so maybe a mill give a take.

Over 900k. He did that in the US with Hatton so I think it would be around there.

Hmmmmmmm. That's a good question. Somewhere between 700-1 mil. They still have a shot at it if Floyd actually fights 2-3 times next year like his hoe ass said. I'm not holding out on that one though.

                  Pffft.

Remember this was right before Margarito/Cotto, which did around 450k I think. I'm sure Floyd would carry the vast majority of the numbers, but historically whenever the considered BEST fighters go at it, it sells very well. Word would spread very fast that Cotto, an undefeated fighter at the time and considered #1 contender, is fighting Floyd, Espn, all media outlets would have covered it and hyped it. It would have been huge. Add to that every Puerto Rican and their mami's would have ordered the PPV, it would have been gold, easily over 1,000,000. If Hatton, who hardly any american knew, did 900k, cotto would easily have done over 1 mil
