What does Pac gain by fighting.....

In my opinion, we have to make an educated guess on what does one gain by beating an opponent? if this is truly his last fight. i would suggest fighting cotto

this is only my opinion so feel free to make your own.

cotto: pac gains his 7th weight class title and will stand alone as the only fighter in history. he will in my mind be in boxing history for a very long time if accomplished!

jmm: he will end the trilogy and close the book of any controversy

pbf: he will beat a prior p4p #1 and close the deal on the best fighter of the decade

i listed on fights priority. it can change based on outcome of jmm vs pbf.
    12
    COTTO
    41.67%
    5
    JMM
    16.67%
    2
    PBF
    41.67%
    5

    The poll is expired.

IMO, in a perfect world Pac would be fightin JMM 3, Cotto-Clottey winner would be fightin teh SSM-Mr baot buyer winner. Pac has already surpassed Mr boat buyer legacy wise. he don't need him, and Mr baot buyer should be fightin the top WW's anyway. Same wit Cotto. Both JMM fights were good and Pac should have 2 wins, but even at that he still can't say decisively he's the better man. That's the best fight for him, but Mr boat buyer has pretty much ruined that one.

The only one I give Taschman a chance against is Márquez, because their 2 fights were very close even though Márquez won both.

Actually the first was a draw, and the second was a controversial SD win. I think the first was even more controversial as JMM schooled him for 11 rounds straight

na pacman knocked him down 3 times in the first rounds and won atleast 3 or 4 more rounds. Plus the judge even admitted making a mistake on the score card it should have been 10-6 but he made it 10-7 and there were 3 knockdowns that point would have gave him a 1 point win

It'd be easy to pick the PBF option in the poll, it's the obvious choice, but he gains a lot by fighting any of these guys. Cotto: a fighter who many people have suggested Floyd never wanted to fight. Marquez: In a third meeting we might finally be able to come to a mutual conclusion regarding these great, possibly equally as talented, fighters.

As for Floyd, it depends what happens on July 18th.

                  1) cotto/pac would be better for pac's legacy and set a record that may never be broken

                  2) pbf/pac is a fight fans fight and a huge pay day

                  3) jmm/pac III is just a grudge match
