He is the cash cow. bs!floyd did good in ppv buys because of oscar and hatton!......his fight with baldo was on freetv!

Thats exactly right, those numbers are from two of the biggest draws in boxing, oscar and hatton ...but you will see how jmm and floyd fight turn out and if the numbers are high it will be because of marquez mexican fan base so more than floyds...

i would buy it for sure...and this fight with the right promo beats oscar floyd...and once it does it will put an end to all these recession excuses....i agree the recession is a factor, but i think it affects the gate more so than the ppv buys.

JMM is very popular but he really isnt a big draw and im sure he is aware of that because he never has an issue taking the low end of the purse...jmm/pacquiao 2 did 400k buys which was very good...if floyd can beat that number floyd-pacquiao will be very difficult to get done, as arum will insist that pacman is the bigger draw despite the numbers saying otherwise.

Actually, Cuda, you said this before and I corrected you before.

Mayweather-baldomir was on PPV and sold 340K. By comparison, that is WAY more than manny-Diaz.

Also, it did 10,000 at the gate.
