1) Floyd - Before his Hatton fight, he dominated everyone he faced....although he could've faced better.
2) JMM - Will live in Pac's shadow forever, and that has been his fuel for beating everyone he's faced since 2004, except for Chris John and Pac II
3) Pac - Being p4p #2 prior to Floyd vacationing, current p4p #1, being ranked in Ring Magazine top 10 p4p list for 280+ weeks, 2nd highest is B-Hop for 150+ weeks
4) Shane Mosley - Fought DLH, Forrest (rematch was 6 months later), Vargas (rematch was 1yr later), Winky (rematch was 10 months later), Cotto and Margarito. Doesn't matter if he won or lost, he was very competitive on all fights listed and never "ducked", plus he started off at lightweight
5) Glen Johnson - IS the MOST AVOIDED FIGHTER this decade....
1. Pacquiao- Fought everyone in his divisions and moved up in weight and got better
2. Bernard Hopkins- Guy is like wine, gets better with age.
3. Morales- i think he gets over looked now because he got beat by Barrera and Pacqiuao in the trilogys, but he has something that most dont have in this decade, and that is a win over Pacquiao, and he also has wins over barrera, and many more.
4. Barrera- I feel Barerra gets over looked so much with his resume. He was great in the 90's, but his real prime was from 2000-2004. He beat Morales, Hameed and should was very competitive against Marquez *WHICH I FEEL HE SHOULD HAVE WON* but because of Pacquiaos dominance over him, his resume this decade gets over looked.
5. Shane Mosley- Fought EVERYBODY and got 2 wins over Vargas, De La Hoya, and wins over Mayorga, Margarito
