Either way no comparison, Chavez is above Pac no doubt. If Pacquiao beat the de la hoya that beat the old chavez then Maybe but he didnt he fought when he was old and made him dry out.

Chavez fought the younger more skilled fighters and beat them. Hatton and skill dont go together.

I think Chavez has faced better competition(then again if u have so many damn fights). Pacquiao is close thanks to Chavez beating a lotta cab drivers and Pacquiao being a 4 lineal champ. Chavez has beaten the better opponents though.
