No, he's just **** out of luck that his brother is the only A or A- level fighter in the division. Unless, an up and coming fighter can beat either brother he won't be able to fight one neither. People that actually voted yes are just fooling themselves B + B doesn't equal A

I have complaints about Vitali not fighting much, but Wlad fights often for a heavyweight champ and fights who he is supposed to.

Chris Byrd 2x, undefeated Brock, undefeated Peter are his best wins. The Haye fight would probably top all of his wins even despite Haye's lack of a resume at heavyweight.

How will the Haye fight top Byrd?

Here is a fun game to play... Lets see if both Klitschkos combined can compete with Lennox Lewis's win Resume':

            Ray Mercer(when he was good)
            Michael Grant(undefeated)
            Hasim Rahman(when he was good)
            Mike Tyson(HOF)
            Evander Holyfield(HOF)
            Vitali Klitschko(maybe a HOF)
            Botha(when he was slightly better)
            David Tua(HOF)
            Andrew Golata(first to KO him)
            Tommy Morrison
            Razor Ruddock
            Frank Bruno(British atg)
            Shannon Briggs

He also scared the living **** out of two prime elite fighters of in his era (akinwande and Rid**** Bowe)

Byrd is boring as hell, but skill wise he's an A class fighter, or at least was many moons ago. beyond that, not really. They've beaten everybody put in front of em since they became the top HW's tho, and that's all you can ask since HW sucks right now.

                  2) Ray Mercer, and he was also the first to knock him down with a punch to the head.
                  3) Monte Barrett (Wlad was also the first to knock Barrett down).
                  4) Calvin Brock, a previously undefeated, highly-rated fighter.
                  5) Jameel McCline, who had won 19 straight before facing Wlad
                  6) Tony Thompson, a very durable fighter who had never been down before
                  7) Lamon Brewster (also the first to knock Lamon down, in the first fight)
                  8) Charles Shufford had never been stopped before.
                  9) Eliseo Castillo was undefeated.
                  10) Paea Wolfgramm had never been stopped or even down before, Wlad knocked him out in the first round.

There are others as well, but there's ten examples.

Vitali is the only one to ever stop:

                  Larry Donald
                  Kirk Johnson
                  Sam Peter
                  Vaughn Bean

and he was the first to stop the then undefeated Ed Mahone.
wow, thats an ATG list if I've ever seen one.

                    Lennox's resume:

Ray Mercer (Mercer was robbed, he won the fight, later stopped by Wlad)

Michael Grant (he was KOed in the first round by Jameel McCline in his next fight and later by fringe contender Dominic Guinn)

Hasim Rahman (who had been KOed by Maskaev before, and had KOed Lewis in their first fight )

Mike Tyson (a shot fighter who was at a 13" reach disadvantage)

Evander Holyfield (cruiserweight who was past his best, Lennox couldn't stop him like Bowe did)

Vitali Klitschko (Vitali was ahead on the scorecards. How did he get cuts like that?)

Francois Botha (who had already been KOed twice before)

David Tua (Lewis had a 14" reach advantage, but couldn't knock him down)

Andrew Golota (had already shown his mental weakness in his two previous fights with Bowe, was to be stopped early again by a shot Tyson and by Brewster)

Tommy Morrison (overrated fighter, he looked terrible so he was probably HIV positive and/or Hep C positive by then, had previously been KOed twice, once by a clubfighter)

Razor Ruddock (had been KOed twice before, once by journeyman Jaco)

Frank Bruno (British fighter on the level of Matt Skelton, not a world-class heavyweight, had already been KOed three times before)

Shannon Briggs (who had already been KOed by a clubfighter and was later beaten by Sedrick Fields , and by Jameel McCline and Sultan Ibragimov)
