Actually, for Erdei, Juergen Braehmer is a step up. He would at least make him perspire a little.
But this fight won't happen. Braehmer is Universum's favorite and they plan to force WBA champion Hugo Garay (also under contract with Universum) to fight him again under the theory that no foreign fighter can win two consecutive decisions against a local fighter in Germany (ok, Anselmo Moreno broke that rule, but that was an aberration).

Kohl is getting near retirement, so he's trying to reduce his number of fighters by having them fight each other in "internal eliminators", or sending them to other countries for risky fights.

Examples: *****ko vs. Boytsov, Dzinziruk was going to face Kirkland, Kotelnik is going to the UK to fight Khan.

Garay, Braehmer, and Erdei are all Universum fighters. Don't be surprised if Erdei fights Braehmer - Kohl has a new, better Hungarian champion, Karoly Balzsay, to attract the Hungarian fans to his fights, so he doesn't need Erdei now.

Erdei will beat Brahmer quite comfortably.

no way brahmer beats garay, their first bout wasnt close at all so there wont be a remach i guess. and i agree erdei would easily beat brahmer since the better his opponents are the better he fights. thats being said he usually puts the viewers asleep because of his week opposition.
