Why did FMJ retire anyways? For mafia

Got a question though... Why did ur "p4p #1 fighter retire anyway?" when he could have, a great fight with heavier devisions? And now his coming back for whom and for what? During his time he could have fought cotto, mosley... And now he comes back to the picture of boxing? Is that what you call a great fighter?

OR he really do care about his 0 LOSS??? Name me a good fight of FMJ with KO? well ricky hatton ... ahm dont consider that coz the current p4p ko him 3 times.... And another thing fight between oscar was UD but not a fight that i like to see... they should have done a rematch .... His winning is due of decesion or points... is not considered great...

So to the MAFIA? whats to hug with mayweather... you hugging FMJ due to his 0 losses... haha then that only means 1 thing dodging other better/bigger fighter... nis natural at WW but only at WW.. hahah

He took a break because of his hands. His hands needed some time to heal, he even stated that after 2 years he would maybe come back and he did.

He felt he needed a break from boxing.

He has all the money in the world so he didn't need to fight anymore, and if he wasn't motivated or felt it wasn't worth punishing his body any further then he's fully entitled to a break or retirement

            Thankfully he came back
