Because pac showing up at 144 for a 130lb fight isnt bigger.

majority of floyds fights were at 130.

floyd has proven himself numerous times at 147. even once at 154.

jmm has yet to prove himself once at 140.

a mismatch is a mismatch no matter how much they weigh.

floyd only fought 14 times where he was 130 or under. he fought a majority of his fights at lightweight until he won the 130 belt.

then he started fighting in the 130 division.

but majority of people on this forum, if asked the question "did floyd prove himself at 147" would say "no", you cant have it both ways.

I didn't even mention size or weight right there. I'm saying skillset vs skillset, hypothetically, Floyd walks thru manny's resume. And he could beat all those fighter convincingly in 1 fight. Manny takes L's if he fights floyd's resume.

and you complaing about Floyd finally fighting someone his own size or smaller when pacman has spent his whole career being the bigger man. the logic here!

he won at 147. whether or not it's who people wanted to see him fight does not matter.

he proved he can be effective at that weight.

i don't see gatti , baldomir , zab , diego , genaro beating pac. maybe castillo can beat pac at 135 but who knows.

all i know is if pac was in the same divisions as floyd at the same time......he would have fought freitas , casa , kostya , cotto , marg and shane too.

this isn't a mismatch, this is equal!

when i was sop****re i was playing Varsity football. when I was a Sr I was playing varsity football. I guess I had advantage over the competition too huh.

fact is they weigh about the same and in boxing if you weigh the same on the scales you are equal come figh night. Just becuase 1 fighter hs the skillset to be highly successful against fighters who are bigger than him doesn't mean that fighters his size are mismatches if he fights them!
