Packy cant K.o JMM in his wettest dreams. I hear some people go: "oh yeah, at 140 Packy totally k.o's JMM"...ha!! You guys are ******s.
Packy is still the same fighter. All the "he's so much more complete" talk is all bull****.

Its more of a result of careful matchmaking on Arums part.

Three years passed between the fights and when they rematched, Packy looked worse than the first one.

The truth is (brace yourselves Philipinos) is that Packy's still pretty much a one dimensional fighter who mainly wins fights on speed and activity.

When he fights world class boxers he looks human. The JMM fights and his managements desire to keep him away from Mayweather prove this.

As opposed to what? Mayweather taking on all these high risk fights??

there seems to be alot of obssesed pac fans on this forum so you know they are gonna go crazy with this thread but i also don't believe that pacquiao is better now than he was a year ago when he fought marquez and barrera he just fought fighters as of recent that made him look very very very good

I call shenanigans because in boxing there's only 2 types of fighters. 1 is lamb to slaughter....and 2 is carefully matched. The lambs out to slaughter are blatantly obvious by their records and their purpose of brining along prospects. But the highest level is all carefully matched. You cant sit there and tell me that Pacquiao is any more carefully matched to fighters that make him look good than any other fighter out there. The man works with the cards he's been dealt and makes the most of it. end of story.

I get what you're trying to say but your argument is flawed.

Pacquiao vs JMM or Pacquiao vs Floyd = Manny looking human.


But those 2 guys arent just pure boxers....they're the best of the best of pure boxers. Just because Pacquiao looks human against Floyd doesnt prove that he hasnt improved exponentially. If anything just Pacquiao being competitive at all against Floyd would be a testament to Manny's improvement because this is a matchup that just 2-3 years ago seemed impossible.
