JMM still may have survived the last few seconds of rd 1, but Pac wit a lil skill to him woulda finished him the next rd.

The punch that took Hatton for ten minutes to the canvass will retire Marquez in the boxing ring.

Packy cant K.o JMM in his wettest dreams. And Packy is still the same fighter. All the "he's so much more complete" talk is all bull****.

Its more of a result of careful matchmaking on Arums part.

Three years passed between the fights and when they rematched, Packy looked worse than the first one.

The truth is (brace yourselves Philipinos) is that Packy's still pretty much a one dimensional fighter who mainly wins fights on speed and activity.

When he fights world class boxers he looks human. The JMM fights and his managements desire to keep him away from Mayweather prove this.

marquez already fought a 145lb manny just last year and didnt get kod. are you saying that marquez gets kod by a manny that weighs just 3 more pounds(148)? so in order for marquez to survive a 148 pac, does he have to add 3lbs?

Marquez still survives the whole fight. That is a prime Marquez at the time. But the fight never swings into Marquez's favor.

Yep, I believe 140 is the perfect weight for Pacquiao, plus with the fact that the fights with Marquez forced Manny to improve his game in several areas, most notably the right hand, and also Marquez's age, I think Juan gets knocked out or the ref stops it.

We all know Marquez walks hands down into punches and has no defense whtsoever. The disrespect toward JMM is sickening. He took the EXACT same punch that KOed Hatton in round 10 of their rematch, and he stumbled looked like he was going to go down and recovered. If anything I would pick Marquez to beat Pacquiao if they were to fight at 140.
