It's just when i think Pound 4 pound I think of People like Floyd Jr, Manny Pacquiao, people who have no problem moving up and down and weight and performing masterfully.

I think Paul Williams does that and just whooped a former Top 5 pound 4 pounder in Wright

but he needs to be atleast from 8-10

he has to either be a part of Golden Boy Promotions (ODLH owns Ring Mag) or have beaten one of Golden Boys best... seriously, look at the P4P

Only 3 out of the top 10 are Golden Boy fighters, another 3 are from Top Rank, 2 from Sycuan, and 2 from Gary Shaw. Leave the conspiracy theories until you actually know what you're talking about.

I was thinking about this same topic the other day, looking at who could replace Caballero in the top 10 and Williams and Dawson have a case, but not to a point on some conspiracy calling ****.

I don't have a huge fuss about Cotto bein in the bottom half of the top ten but it mystifies me why they have him ranked over Williams. Paul has the better body of work as of late by far.
