Terry Norris. He got KTFO by Julian Jackson early on in his career but came back and had one of the best reigns at 154 pounds. Speaking of Julian Jackson, he got knocked out quite handily by Mike McCallum and came back to become one of the most feared punchers in history. Hagler had a few setbacks early in his career, came back to become the greatest middleweight of all time in many eyes. There are many, many more.

Cotto's starting to make his way back to the top, but i don't think he was ever far from the top after the Margo beating, even if he had bricks in his gloves.

ALI's another one who came back from a devestating setback. 3 years of inactivity and you're at the peak of your skill? I'd call that a setback.

Bernard Dunne is a recent example, knocked out quick by Kiko Martinez, came back and won a title in a war against Ricardo Cordoba. Thinking of Dunne reminds me of Caballero who got knocked out by Rojas in 3 and then loss to Cordoba but is now a top guy at 122 with 2 belts.

Losing two times in your late 30s would usually signal the end of most champions careers as would losing your first fight and first title shot? The losses themselves weren't devestating but the situations reguarding them losses would of been bad news for any boxer? I'm not even ****talking Hopkins that's testament to his awesomeness he's a top 50 ATG easy. Why the **** you getting so touche'? ugly ****ing cretin calm yourself down and stop being a little *****.

Read the topic starters actual post you ****ing dolt, instead of only paying attention to the thread title and not the content of the actual ****ing post. You're an ignorant mother****er aint you. Going off on me because you're an utter ******. Oh and I would actually reguard them 2 losses to JT devestating as most boxers would not recover from losing twice when they're in their late 30s but Hopkins came back from that even better. Testament to him being one of the greatest.
