I dont like the idea of cotto moving down in weight, he moved up for a reason, therefore I voted on fighting mosley.

Since he actually beat Mosley before it is a clear answer imo. Because we don't know what Pac would bring against him, and how that fight would go.

He already beat mosley before, only haters who hate Cotto think otherwise. Cotto beat Mosley as clearly as Floyd beat Oscar. Meaning both Oscar and Mosley were both competitive in their fights and probably could get a rematch but both clearly lost. Well, Mosley definitely can get a rematch since he beat Margarito
