Well it wasn't the same exact shot, Hatton was hit cleaner and wasn't expecting that shot, that's why he was KO'd.

I love JMM, he's one of my all time fav's but I think he might have bit off more than he can chew. I hope he gets the upset, I just don't know if there's enough in the tank to get it done.

He was hit a lot by Juan Diaz, more than I expected him to be hit.

The only reason Diaz appeared to have landed more is cuz he throws so many. But if you rewatch that fight a lot of those dont even land.
I'm not worried about what he's got in the tank. He's world class and its the biggest fight of his career. He'll be more than ready.

Neither fighter expected the shots. They were different shots though, the punch that knocked Marquez down was a counter shot on the back foot while the Hatton finisher was while Pac was going forward. Both were overhand lefts that were flush on the chin.

JMM said he didn't even watch tape on Diaz and had to feel out his style in the early rounds. That's pretty irresponsible on Nacho's part to not scout Diaz beforehand and tell him what to look out for. If he's gonna win this fight, he should come with a gameplan and watch as much tape as possible.
