If we stopped paying attention for long enough maybe the fraud mayweather bunch would disappear, I mean all of them! ricky came out, boxed, moved his feet, used his jab...he looked like a new man....and Sr. took credit for it

At the end of the day, Floyd Sr. still got paid to do his job.

If he were to be let go before Ricky's training camp was completed, then Team Hatton would have something to blame him for.

So far, nobody from Team Hatton has come forward to dispute what was going on at the last minute.

Ultimately, a trainer can only coach and give advice and suggestions to his fighter. No more, no less.

Sure, Ricky may have still lost the fight, but there's no telling how well he would have done had he followed a different plan of action.

Ricky showed no improvement from his last fight, and it was apparent by the way he fought Manny.

I never said it was all Mayweathers Sr's fault, but yes he does have to take some of the blame. Arriving late to virtually every training session? Only interested when 24/7 camera were rolling? And then comes to the arena when Hatton is getting his hands wrapped.

This is very unprofessional, by a man who calls himself the best trainer in the world. So maybe he cound't change Hatton, but he could of put alot more effect into the camp, no dout.

And you can't make excuses for him with that one. Even if you are a really big fan of his son.

yes but i think he'd still get KTFO even if he had listened to his trainer. the real problem was paquiao being too good, too fast, too strong. Also if you see the Mayweather fight with Hatton, Ricky had allot more back then, Manny would not KO that Ricky in 2.

Maybe in round 3... and besides, Hatton-PBF fight doesnt involve Senior yet...

only 2 persons shold b blamed hatton's lost to pacman. first, pacman s just too good for ricky and second is that floyd sr. just too foolish and ignorant about pac's abilities. ricky shold not retire from boxing but floyd sr. shold being a trainer. he likes to talk too much dat is why his lips pouted a lot. if pac will fight floyd jr. he shold have his father too in the ring..pacman vs. mayweather sr. and jr.
