Size no issue in JMM/Mayweather
Neither man fights using his physical size, but rather with their skills. Make no mistake, JMM would KO Ricky Hatton as well. JMM throws the best combinations in the sports, and his frame and power seem to increase as well as he moves up in weight. Everyone talked about how Juan Diaz would be able to out power and out muscle JMM, but in the ring JMM looked like the bigger man, and had by far the harder punches. Look at Floyd's fight with Judah. If Judah didnt fade and have the heart the size of a peanut, Zab may have won that fight. Watch Floyd's fight, not ALL of his punches are super quick, and he leaves himself open often for someone who will punch at the same time, which JMM will do. I hope JMM trains to deal with Floyd's legs rather than floyds hands. We will find that out in 24/7. JMM UD

JMM will out weigh Floyd fight night anyway....
Floyd doesnt blow up....
If this fight is at 144 pounds...
expect Floyd to weigh...145-147 pounds.....
Marquez will be 147-149

if you believe physical attributes which are affected by weight gain/loss are not an issue in this fight, then you know nothing.
speed is affected by weight gain.
The fact that Floyd is one of the fastest fighters in the sport and Marquez is moving up to 143 which from what we have seen in his last 2 fights, will affect his speed will play a laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarge role in this fight.Comment

JMM isnt faster then Floyd at any weight.....
Hes not even the fastest fighter at 130...135 or 140.
Marquez is not a speed demon....
They will weigh damn near the same or Marquez wil weigh more....
Period.
If he can fight Pac who hits harder then Floyd..and weighs the same as Floyd.(148 for 140 pound fights/ Floyd weighs 148 for 147 pound fights)

why didnt it affect Manny's speed? FIghters in their primes can do these things and be the same fighter. JMM and Nacho are very smart, they aren't just gonna let JMM's speed go to ****, even if they have to come in lightComment

honestly, i would be lying if i said i wasn't excited for this fight, i just cant wait for it. The weight has nothing do with it in my opinion, and if mayweather wins, he deserves to be number 2 pfp, it must really hurt mayweather knowing that he aint gonna be number one after this fight. I'm hoping mayweather gets so pissed that he is number 2 and fights pacman. THAT WOULD BE EPIC!! I can envision it. Who is NUMBER 1?Comment

good post but there are some errors:
- jmm's power and frame was better at 126
- jmm wasn't the bigger man, diaz was bullying him around the ring
- of course jmm was the bigger puncher, diaz is feather fisted
- judah was successful against floyd because he's a southpaw
- jmm will lose by decisionComment
