I wish all boxers had this type of attitude and CHALLENGED themselves to be the best by proving it with their opponent selection. Regardless of the disadvantages that he might have in this fight, Marquez is not only saying he wants the best BUT ACTUALLY fights the best. I mean is there any one with COMMON SENSE saying anything bad about Marquez opponent selection??? I highly respect any fighter now a days that does this not only because it helps the sport but shows how tough their character is.

Now on the other hand, there is A LOT of talk as to why Mayweather selected this opponent instead of someone else. Let's just say someone else with fewer disadvantages and before someone states Marquez called him out which is TRUE it is also TRUE other people have called him out also. Having said this I like both fighters and wish to see an exciting/ interesting fight.

If JMM will be the agressor in the fight he is doomed. I like JMM but the truth is he is only VERY effective in counter punching(one of the best). But sadly Mayweather "No Cotto" Jr. has the same counter punching ability + shoulder roll.

Can Marquez please just please get Pacquiaos name out of his mouth for once. Seriously its starting to seem like an obsession. Forget about Pacquiao Marquez and start by not mentioning his name. Your doing fine without him seriously and a win (highly doubtful) over Mayweather will do great things for your career (again highly doubtful). Great way to promote the fight though by calling it a Mexican war.
