Even if JMM loses, but manages to give Floyd trouble, it will enhance JMM's legacy, while the same can't be said for Floyd.
I would say he is a good technical fighter. A great technical fighter never loses to Chris John and the fight wouldnt have been close. JMM is another speed bump in the road and will be treated as such. He is in over his head and not just in weight.

I have a feeling that marquez is going to do really well, and get ripped off by the judges.

I like Marquez but it won't be a mexican war because Mayweather won't get into that kind of fight.

Have I missed something or would JMM fans want us to believe he will become a knockout artist all of a sudden? Just because you stretch a pass his prime Casamayor and a feathered fisted Diaz you have a chance of knocking out a PRIME FMJ. Anyone who believes that is delusional at best. Im glad Marquez is really trying to sell this fight even though it wont last long.
Anyone who thinks Floyd is the greatest thing since swiss cheese, is highly delusional in their own right. My gut instinct tells me that Floyd is back for a few checks, once he gets his hands on those, he skips town again leaving once again with more questions than answers.

If he is really back, then here are a few options to tick off before calling it a day....again and again and again.

            1)Cotto
2)Paul Williams (don't make excuses about size disparity, unless you plan to make a few for his choice of Marquez)
            3) Shane (if he's old then prove it, let him truly pass the torch like other greats before him)
            4) Berto (would have been a better *comeback fight)

            A few other tips:

            1) Stop saying prior to all your fights that it will be a massacre, then play counter puncher all night and run around. That isn't a massacre, it's "cardio".

            2) Reconnect with your father and teach him the ancient language called english.Kidding, I just can't understand his father whenever he opens his mouth.

            3) The difference between your arrogance and others before you like Ali and Leonard, is that they also had that extra something, it's called charm. When you attempt to get your bone thugs and harmony on, try throwing some charm in the mix.

            Just my 2 cents.

Yes sir! God damn, that's such an ego boost for little Floyd.

A great fighter wouldn't put on the track shoes, when facing a fighter on the level of a Carlos Baldomir.

A lot of people are sleepin on JMM in this fight. I don't know if it's that posters will automatically discredit this fight because they hate Mayweather or what but it's like what Doug Fischer pointed out, JMM is not a slow ass Baldomir, a part-time fighter in DLH, or a first face brawler with no defense like Ricky Hatton. To be honest I don't even think Mayweather took this fight by choice. He might have to a certain extent, but I think HBO put the hammer down on his cherrypickin bull**** and told him to get in the ring with a real fighter or stay retired.
