I mean Floyd considers Vegas his hometown, he should be able to draw some people. It should be mostly full at the very least and he should sell out.

A lot depends on the general public, do they think that JMM has a shot against Mayweather? They do not know much about boxing and with a 24/7 it can be spun to look like a huge fight. It has a high chance of being a successful event (to add there have not been many boxing PPV and since people are talking Mayweather Pacman, that will probably help its cuase).
