I'm sure I'm severely underrating Tye Fields, but I'm just curious what everyone sees on this one. I don't mean to suggest I think Pacquiao takes this matchup but I'm curious if anyone else does. This fight is the epitome of a very skilled small man -vs- a very unskilled big man. There were times in the ring when Fields appeared to have zero skills.. Ok, no flaming please, poll to follow! It's possible Roach is clever enough to come up with something where Pacquiao runs 90% of the fight while occasionally landing a fast body shot to Fields' side..

How embarassing.. Brendanwoodside comes on first time all day and i've just created a Pacquiao/fields Thread! BTW Cotto Cartel, is about a day away from having one of the sickest logos an E-Crew has ever had.

You don't understand that a single punch from Tye Fields on Manny Pacquiao's temple would not only kill Manny, but it would also kill Marquez and Morales as well.

Fields throws roundhouse punches that start somewhere behind his hip, then visit the concession stand, the toilet and the nosebleeds before finally reaching their destinations. I'm not saying it's reasonable but.. I guess my respect level for Fields makes it hard for me to view this objectively.

I'm just saying, that if you had Pacquiao fight a guy of similar size to Tye Fields. But the guy who's the same size as Fields had never trained as boxer, then Pacquiao would beat him. And at the end of the day I don't think a guy who's never trained a day in his life is much different than Tye fields. As a result, maybe it's not completely nuts that Pacquiao could run his way to a decision!
