Forget about the rematch . . . I'm also a DLH fan but I'll say that he is ****** if he goes for Hopkins again. Hopkins started too cautious in that fight that's why DLH lasted that long . . . and it may not be the same next time around.

If DLH is just after the money fight other named fighters available. . . Trinidad maybe?

The thing is that he's simply not built to take on middles...no shame in that.

There's plenty of big-money fights out there for him. Why take this one??
Oscar wants this fight because he wants to go down in history as a 6 division champion. Hes already won every title from 130 to 154, now hes going for just one more. I think he has a chance of outpointing Bernard, but I wouldnt bet on it. I'd be cheering for Bernard because I want to see him keep his streak alive.

Technically he is a 6 division champ w/ the wbo belt...But Oscar wants the main 3.

Hopkins is going on like he is a legend. If he is that brillant why does he not promote Hopkins vs De La Hoya 2 himself. so let him waste money on his attorney saying never agreed nothing typical like he never agreed to fight Roy Jones, Joe Calzaghe, James Toney, yet he can does not mind calling out the following names when he was desperate for a superfight, ie Vargas, Mosley,De La Hoya, he does not even mention Tarver no more.

                  Class??!?

When he lost the second fight to Mosley he said he was going to launch an "investigation". Investigation?!? I mean, he had every right to say that he thought he got rooked out of the win. But this kind of talk shows that Oscar thinks that he is at a level above normal boxers, a rich and famous guy who can open the Watergate hearing of boxing so we can all stop what we're doing and figure out why his highness King Oscar lost one boxing match.

And everything he's been saying since he lost to Hopkins is ridiculous. His claims that he found the fight "easy" are laughable. It sure is easy to take it easy on the outside and not take any risks. He's insulting Hopkins by continuing to imply that he was winning the fight and was downed by a lucky body shot. He knows he carries more clout in the media than Hopkins and can make the public believe this story if he keeps at it. He's deliberately tarnishing Hopkins' legacy.

Oscar is a whiner and a sore loser, plain and simple.
