In my opinion Marquez won both his fights with Pac but the official scores are what count and not my opinion.

If you read the article in the ring magazine you will realize he is clearly referring to the decisions he received in the pacman fights. He also goes on to say he was robbed in both fights and that he needs to get free from the "pacquiao thorn" he feels in his side.
