      wow, I just went through the top 100 on that list and Henry Armstrong is no where. There is no exact formula for a list like this but an argument can be made that Armstrong was the best p4p fighter of all-time and he isn't even in the boxrec top p4p 100. that is just 1 of about 100 things wrong with that list.
