He probably did, but the real question is... Who cares? Karma already worked its way, Margarito is suspended and Cotto is the world champion with the possibility of big paydays in his future, everything has come full circle.

I refuse to pass judgement on it until the full facts are out. Lot of people will say the full facts are already out, but I don't think its fair that Magrarito hasn't been given a proper means and poidium to defend himself, instead of bits of television interviews.

Nobody knows for sure how long it was going on. You could just as easily say that Margarito's trainer imagined Mosley would be way harder to hit than Cotto, so he employed the hand wraps for the first time so that when they did hit Mosley they would matter. Why not? Why could it not be the first time?
