Who do you think would win? If it was the 60's when Ali was constantly moving and not letting anyone hit him I would say Ali. But when he came back after his layoff and would stand if front of you and trade shots and I might have to go with the brown bomber.

i based this opinion on the conn fight, but louis was weight drained, so i should probably take it back.i think louis could frazier him.could go either way.

I think Ali still would beat Louis. Much larger heavyweight with great boxing skills. Height and reach advantage. He wouldn't be dancing much but his footwork was still good.

Louis always used to say that any one he could hit he knew he could beat, I think the Ali of the 70's could well get beat by Louis who would throw quick combo's and had great power, but who knows.
