Will Margarito be re-accepted in the U.S. or shunned?

I was dissapointed to see that he cheated because I really like Marg and I thought he seemed like a real classy guy, always smiling and respectful at press confrences and didn't talk alot of ****. But using the plaster in the hand wraps could kill a fighter, and to use that in a fight you must have no regard for human life. It's harder for some people to take it as serious as it is becuase Mosley did not get hurt at all. If he did it would be way worse and there is now no way to prove for sure if he used it against Cotto which he very well could have. So when his 1 year suspension is up do you think he will get alot of fights in America or will no one want any part of fighting him or watching him here in the states?

Punch-stats say that margarito landed about 110 of his punches on Mosley... None of those punches phased Mosley at all, he cheated most likely in his other fights aswell. Punch-stats also said Mosley landed about 180 punches on Margarito which all seem to have effected Margarito in the long run.

Shunned. I don't believe he did dirt in every fight he ever had, but that don't matter. Once is too many times. It sucks cuz he's an excitin and tough fighter, but nobody's gonna respect him anymore. Marg done ****ed up big time.

It all depends on what his promoter does for him, If Arum puts him in a Cotto rematch straight away and cotto accept it then we might see him back at the top, But i doubt it to be honest...Thats it for him kinda sad because i like him has a fighter.

the U.S. might forgive him if he continues to win.

I don't see there being much of a chance for him to be re-accepted. He will come back and fight lesser competition but I don't see him even getting a chance to fight a big name. I doubt HBO or SHO pick him up unless he starts rolling, which I doubt he does. His career is pretty much over after 2 big time fights.

Why should a boxer who cheated by loading his gloves or hand wraps be forgiven??? IF you apply the law like it should be done, he should go to jail and lose his boxing liscence for life, end of the story.Margarito is done, just forget him...

If he doesnt fight in Mexico which we have heard nothing about anymore i think its almost certain he is given a second chance. as for big fights well thats tough to say because im not sure if he's really marketable unless Arum pushes hard on a redemption story but Margarito would have to keep winning. One more loss and he would be done basically. If Cotto mans up in trying to avenge his loss which i think he will then Margarito has a chance IF he can win. Of course for Cotto to be a huge win for him he needs Cotto to beat both Clottey and possibly Pacquiao...
