One pic he is flexing as hard as he can and in the other he's not even flexing. Makes a huge difference.

Once pic is at a weigh in. When you weigh in your not going to have any body fat and that's light as your gonna be. Therefore your body is really cut. The other pic is not at a weigh in.

I mean look at how his body has changed along with his personality. His **** has all but disappeared and you don't jump up all them weight divisions and get more and more powerful unless you are juicing.
