My vote goes to Juan Manuel Marquez. He used it so effectively against Pacquiao.

1st fight he used the counter punch effectively but the second fight he stand toe to toe with pacquaio while pacman was more of a counter puncher than marquez in the second fight.


Also Floyd is a better counter puncher than Marquez. Floyd not only can counter punch with great accuracy but he also dont even get hit. And manny is a very underrated counter puncher and his punches.
