Was that a rumor or the truth? Is Billy Graham suing hatton?

Someone said before the pacman fight Billy Graham is going to sue hatton. Yet, how come Graham keeps talking about Hatton as if he is his son if he plans on suing him? I see all these articles about Graham talking about Hatton now, but not negatively but about how he loves Ricky and stuff... I'm confused... Can anyone who knows anything about this subject explain, thanks.
