roy jones did'nt fight after the ko, so really tarver only beat jones once, jones was only beat once, after the ko all he did was go for a cruise, antonio tarver is a nobody that has beat nobody
he got outclasses by a weight drained jones(a jones with confidence that wanted to fight)

my opinion is that tarver just had the style to beat roy. some guys that roy beat would run over tarver (toney, hopkins, ex.). but styles make fights.
