tarver is too long in the tooth now, but he will make it a close fight

if dawson comes under prepared then we may see a Tarver upset! dawson does not have a granite chin so would it really be an upset?

It's a very long shot IMO but Tarver does have some pop. McGirt though, seems to care for his fighters more than other trainers might. Malinaggi had no shot of winning anyways in the Hatton fight but he did not look overly battered.

He has probably seen plenty of fighters ruined because they wanted to last until the end of a fight but had no real chance of winning.

Not trying to make excuses for the guy but at least he appears to care about his fighters' well being.

Tarver is too confident........
