None of the above, I think he did duck Margarito though...if i had to believe Bob Arum, Mosley had 2 different chance to fight Mayweather when both were hot properties but he choose a toothache and holiday both times.

I never believe Arum was serious about putting together a Mayweather/Cotto fight and Mayweather/Pacman only became an option recently.
