De La Hoya needs to shut the **** up and get his ass more involved in gay ass MMA. He must be on drugs or wearing fishnets again if he thinks he was dominating the first half fight against Floyd. He got his ass schooled. And lets all be honest, Marquez is gonna lose.

De La Hoya just wants to sell the fight. So he'll make it believe it's a competitive fight even if he's not sure of that or believes it himself.

I like both fighters but the thing is marquez is untested at 140+ pounds,he looks sluggish at 135 and struggled with juan diaz during their fight, mayweather is a lot quicker and has an excellent defense but with all the ringrust and stuff, who knows? anything can happen in the ring,i wont be surprised if marquez can pull an upset with this one

Marquesz had a tough fight with Juan Diaz and I still dont think he took enough time off after that fight. 3 months of rest maybe not good enough for an older fighter.

But Marquez greatest weakness is his underestamting his opponenets. E****ally if he wanna have an impressive win. and he could be doing that against Mayweather which could lead to his loss.

Mayweather is a very very good boxer. Oscar talking as if he was dominating that time but in realitiy he was taking control one time or the other but not alot. As for the jab Mayweather was countering his jab after awhile. Marquez jab is better so it different story.

in a perfect sitaution I going with Mayweather. Marquez is an counter-puncher but Mayweather is a quick pot-shot defensive type of person. Marquez have never faced a guy like Mayweather style wise in his career.

It is an intersting match up but one thing I know about Mayweather is that he enters fights that he knows he is going to win for sure. But with the ring rust we could be seeing suprises from Marquez side he is no potato-tomato can
the best jmm can do is make it a close fight and hope to get a SD because Floyd won't give him countering opportunities.

Floyd has good defense in close range.

style wise Floyd has it better than Pac in beating JMM.

For JMM he should throw combos and alot of combos as well as force Floyd to fight backward.

He should be creative with his combos so Floyd does not have a adapt to it.

or he could wait for a counter-punch then throw his combos.

Hatton did a close fight but Floyd was fighting Hatton fight he want not boxing around. He wanted to make it more exciting for some fans

Marquez at 143 should be a sitting duck for Mayweather. You dont think Mayweather saw the Juan Diaz vs Marquez fight? Mayweather saw Marquez losing and must of notice he wasn't good enough at 135. Mayweather knows he's faster than Diaz and he can avoid Marquez punches better. He knows all he has to do is start like Diaz and finish off like him too.
While he knows Marquez should fight even worse at 143 than he did at 135. Marquez poor showing was the main reason Mayweather picked the fight with him.

jmm should keep on the move so floyd can't put any or a lot of power on his punches.

On the outside there's only 3 punches that jmm really needs to look out for... the jab to the gut, the check hook, and the lead right and throw the correct counter for each.

on the inside, jmm needs to look out for uppercuts and the right hand. if floyd sits on the ropes, jmm needs to feint and let floyd commit first and then counter.

                  it's gonna be a cat-n-mouse type fight.

JMM called out floyd after the Diaz fight. Do you think he has been adding wieght and preping for floyd since then?

Delahoya also said he was feeling brand new at 147 he feels stronger and refreshed.

Delahoya also said Hatton has the tools to beat Pacquiao

Delahoya also said he was going to fight the winner of Margarito-Cotto

Are we seriously gonna believe anything that comes out of this guys mouth anymore?
