There is a reason why nationality and ethnic differences get played up in fights more than anything else these days. being american isnt good enough anymore.
what the HELL does ethnicity have to do with it? You're telling me Time magazine hasn't put a black man on their cover? Or done a large piece on an African American?

There goes your 50 50 split

Pacmang 65 %, Mayweather if he survives JMM {according to Hopkins little doesn't make a huge difference in this fight} gets 35%

Fair enough don't you think, I mean when you really look at it, its Pac who has been gun slinging leather while Mayweather been living the high life struttin around like a banty chicken , POC ,,,,, POC ,,,,, POC,,,,,

I dont think you understood a word of what i was saying, im not going to rexplain all that. that wasnt my point AT ALL. Someone mentioned as to why floyd mayweather could never reach that time of fame, and i explained why, mayweather will never be an american icon like that, and at the moment, i dont think any american boxer will be, black or white, there are just too many sports that are more popular to compete with, with stars that have more of a market share. American boxers dont get enourmous support unless they are of some other ethnic orgin that they can exploit as opposed to just being american, black or white. Pac means so much to his country, his fame goes beyond just the sport of boxing, for alot of our atheletes that just isnt the case. I dont know how you DIDINT get that with what i wrote, but whatever, you make it seem like im saying time magazine is racist and doesnt pay attention to black people, far ****ing from it.

Somebody here is gonna be in miserable mood after the Pac vs May finally comes off, somebody is gonna be pukin from eatin all their words, ALL THEIR WORDS, some won't have the guts to tell us how those words taste. It may come sooner with JMM, the little dude might supprise the boxing world and be the first to dirty the seat of FMJr. One day all the talk and the crap will cease, the first bell that sounds has a way of erasing all the Jive, just like in the Pac, vs Hat fight.

uhhh i think, wait, i know thats just straight bull**** brah.

The reason fraud jr will never be a icon is b/c he's a b*tch. He doesnt fight enough nor fight the right fighters nor have exciting fights to become a icon.

There are too many sports for black fighters to compete with?

                  What a weak excuse brah.

How can lebron james ever become a icon with all this competition? How can tiger woods become a icon w/ all this competition?

Its not about race or being in america w/ a lot of competition. Its about doing things that are worthy that force people to have to take notice of you.

Beating old oscar, castillo 2x, corrales, hatton, & gatti is not good enough.

Choosing to fight a career featherweight when your a welterweight is not iconic.

Its a b*tch ass move brah.

Bob Arum and Ronnie Nathanielz are such hype jobs. There have been other articles about boxers on TIME, recently joe calzaghe.

Not only does floyd not have the personality to be a time influential person, but he hasnt and will not do anything influential to be warranted that, no fighter in america will for some time. think about what sports and atheletes mean to americans, and what they mean to someone in a 3rd world country is my point, good lord, is my position so difficult to understand?

and i said that BLACK atheletes in particular have to compete with OTHER SPORTS in which BLACK ATHELTES are at the TOP OF thus the marketshare is smaller. Compare lebron james, dwight howard, kobe, wade, mcnabb etc to Chad Dawson, Floyd Mayweather, Jermaine Taylor, you starting to get my picture? Goddamn. To be influential you have to do more than fight or beat the best, you have to inspire and transcend the sport, not a single american boxer ****ing does this, THATS MY POINT. Do you not see beyond the scope of just "MAYWEATHER HASNT FOUGHT THE BEST" its more than that!
