Atlas Kiss of Death (Hear me out)

Anyone who was watching FNF today, heard Atlas pick PBF to beat JMM and he also picked Pacquiao to beat PBF BUT, Manny and Floyd just might not happen because The Kiss of Death has already been signed, sealed and delivered. Floyd will not get past JMM and we will see Manny possibly fight JMM again or any other big name out there but it wont be against PBF. Atlas nullifies the fight by picking PBF to beat JMM.

    Thank you Teddy Atlas.

You do understand why Atlas constantly picks fight wrong right?

He picks the underdog in almost every fight, if you do that you are bound to get tons of fights wrong. When he does not pick the underdog upset do tend to happean though (Margarito comes to mind)

I picked three out of those 4 myself (blew it big on Hopkins/Pavlik) but I think Teddy makes his picks, at least sometimes, for shock effect, which is why he tends to be so notably wrong so often.

PBF is probably the most likely winner, but all things considered, I'm still inclined to drop a respectable amount of cash on JMM and see what happens. I haven't made a big chunk in a long time, so I kind of think I'm due. I've been looking at a new bike, lately, and if I made $4k on this fight, along with trading in my old Suzuki, I'd have just about enough to have a brand new M109R free and clear.

I think the fight opened at like +275 for JMM, I am pretty sure if you wait around a bit you can get +400 or better. Once you get to those type of odds it is easy to justify putting down a bet.

I have never been able to justify betting on the favorite in most boxing matches, unless the odds are real tight. To much crazy **** happeans in boxing to be risking 2000 to win 500 or so.

Yep. I had a reasonable amount of cash on Lewis over Klitchko...almost shat myself in the 2nd round. Last time I ever did that.

JMM was a +3.5 underdog last time I checked, I figure I'll check once a day or so, and when it hits +4, I'll place my bet. I think the odds will fall back down a week or so before the fight, when people have thought things through a little better. My opinion is that Floyd is about a 1.3/1 favorite, maybe a tad more or less. Marquez will make a fight of it if it kills him, and he's too smart and experienced to allow Floyd to coast to an easy win. And while it's slightly possible Floyd could KO JMM, I'd be willing to give long ****ing odds against it.

No one to me is ever worth more then -250 or so. I favor Floyd to win but **** paying -400. I think you are right about what will happean that is the usual course, the favorite gets pushed up early then about a week before the fight the underdog money comes in to even it up a bit.

If I was going to bet on Floyd I would either bet right now or hold out to the very last second to see.

My bankroll is waiting on FLoyd's next fight when I think he will be the underdog~.
