Because I truly believe Pacman has evolved into something bigger, a much better fighter than what he was, he looks big now at 140 and even though I love JMM, I don't think he can take Manny's shots like in the 1st 2 fights.

    God bless them both.

wasnt he a completely improved fighter in the second one? but now hes even better huh? freddie roach sucks. why couldnt he make pacquiao be this good last year? he had him for 8 years and waited till the 8th. i guess he really needed david diaz, de la hoya, and hatton to bring out the best in him.

The only thing I think improved from JMM is his power, still the opponents Pacquiao have faced are nothing like JMM, so how would we know he'd do any better against JMM?

Don't believe the ****ing hype. Manny Pacquiao is a great fighter, but marquez is also a great fighter, and the Manny that fought Marquez was just as good as the Manny that beat on the 3, 1 dimensional fighters he has fought since then. Marquez's style is a nightmare for Manny. Call me crazy, but I believe Roach chose Manny to fight Marquez after he had a close fight with Barerra, and probably thought that Marquez was over the hill, and obviously they had the shock of their lives, because Marquez had the better of Manny in that fight and IMO won.

I think his power is the same. His power was always devastating, its just that Diaz had a very good chin, and actually blocked punches, and De La Hoya has stood up to the artilery of much bigger punchers. Hatton had an okay hin, but what kind of a fool walks hands down into a fully set hayemaker? Of course he got knocked out who wouldn't. However, you must appreciate just how good JMM is, because he took that same hayemaker in the 8th or 9th round against Pacquaio and somehow stayed on his feet.

I don’t buy it. He improved his right hand, which was evident in last years match Manny/Juan bout 2. Oscar, well no reason to go into detail. But nothing more to add on besides the fact.

But what did you expect from Hatton? Anything less then a brutal k.o. would have bin shameful, Manny would be a fool not to head hunt. Hatton didn’t attempt to put a guard up, or evade his punches. Hatton applied ****** pressure, just for the sake rough housing. K.O. was inevitable.

If you believe Manny is better off gunning for Cotto, Floyd, or Mosley. Your entitled to your opinion. Just keep in mind, that those Welter Weights need to come down to 142 ibs. Which places them at a disadvantage.

Personally I welcome a third installment. Their two prior fights where entertaining. A 3rd bout should settle the score. Will Manny so called improvements, offset Juan figuring him out?

But don't mind me, I am just being bias. I clearly dont know what I am talking about.

Then the same can be said about Mayweather, because before Hatton and De La Hoya. Pacquiao list of opponnets is better than Mayweathers.

i agree, nothing against jmm but i dont see him adjusting as he moves up in weight. He's just too small and if pac put him on his ass at sfw imagine whats going to happen at jww. nite nite jmm. But i hope im wrong.

                  Yes. This is exactly correct.
Not just in his technique, but physically speaking the Pac at 140 is a monster compared to Pac at 126 or 130. If Marquez was to move up and fight him at 140 Pac would have a serious physical advantage and would probably get a KO at this stage in their careers.

Pac, has bin putting people on their asses since 112. Thats why he is regarded, as an explosive fighter. How many can take that punch, and make a come back?
